About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and enhance the Ship Green* portfolio, including new tools and alternative fuel offerings
- Coordinate governance, contracts, tariffs and pricing for Ship Green* and monitor performance against targets
- Engage customers and internal teams to increase Ship Green* market penetration
- Report progress to the Board and Sustainability QBR
- Lead the Digital100 community, fostering best-practice sharing, priority alignment and action follow-up
- Run timeboxed campaigns for awareness, commercial activation and customer insight activities for selected digital solutions
- Provide growth support to Product Owners, including post-launch activation, analysis of usage barriers and opportunity deep-dives
- Collaborate with UX and other functions to improve collection, analysis and distribution of customer insights
- Organize digital events and recurring formats, including Digital Week and weekly sessions
- Contribute to Digital Academy 2.0 learning offerings
- Develop and maintain common frameworks and playbooks for scalable product adoption and sustainable growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Management, Marketing, Technology or related field
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a proven record of turning data into measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of sustainability-driven products and hands-on commercial experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and scaling of products in a complex, global organization
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo
- Hands-on execution focus and proven track record of delivering results
- Excellent community-management and stakeholder-engagement skills, including senior-level alignment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Business-level English proficiency
- Proven track record of leading teams, projects or cross-functional initiatives highly advantageous
