About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the RPX Process and Product teams across the region, aligning global objectives, regional priorities, and governance standards
Own the regional Process Excellence framework, process landscape management, project and performance methodologies, and continuous improvement culture
Develop and implement a regional Process Excellence strategy aligned with global directives and local business needs
Steer the regional initiative pipeline covering process optimization, product topics, automation projects, and offshoring opportunities
Lead, coordinate, and represent cross-functional process initiatives at regional and global levels
Oversee the RPX product portfolio, resource allocation, major rollouts such as FIS3 and SAP S/4HANA, operational support, adoption, compliance, and product quality
Drive end-to-end process harmonization and optimization to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer-centric outcomes
Lead high-visibility projects, managing timelines, scope, budget, integrated plans, milestones, gap analysis, and process mapping
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across regional management, QSC, GCC, and satellite teams
Prepare and present performance reports, updates, and strategic recommendations
Define and implement project management and governance standards, conduct audits, and establish feedback loops
Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Salesforce Analytics, QlikView, and Compass to generate insights and identify innovation opportunities
Build and mentor a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in operations, commercial, business analysis, project/product management, with a proven track record in Process Excellence, including improvement, transformation, and performance management
Mandatory understanding of process management principles and improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma lifecycle, bundling, and offshoring
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage across organizational levels and build global networks and collaborations
Strong presentation skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear storylines and present confidently to senior management
Proven experience leading and motivating project teams, managing multiple projects, and balancing competing priorities
Knowledge and proficiency with data analytics and visualization, process mining, process mapping, and process automation tools
Knowledge of product governance, rollouts, and operational support for SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, FIS3, and ODM
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
ITIL certification in IT Service Management
Maritime, shipping, terminal industry, and HL system experience are a plus
