About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support manual testing of software applications
- Assist in creating and executing test cases based on business requirements
- Support the identification, documentation, and tracking of defects
- Assist in verifying defect fixes and performing regression testing
- Help maintain testing documentation and reports
- Support the identification and implementation of test automation opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Collaborate with development teams to support product quality and testing efforts
- Participate in Agile development activities
- Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Good problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges
- Comfortable with communicating in English
- High level of empathy and positive basic attitude
- Basic technical knowledge of IT systems is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Atlassian and/or ServiceNow products is advantageous
