About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Arrange transport by truck and rail
  • Prepare transport orders
  • Monitor inland transportation activities and deliveries for import and export shipments
  • Manage delays, exceptions, operational constraints, and shipment-related problems
  • Coordinate with customers, carriers, terminals, customs, ports, and internal stakeholders
  • Support transport optimization by monitoring carrier performance, equipment availability, transport limitations, and cost-saving opportunities

  • Support accurate handling of inland transport costs and invoicing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–6 years of experience in an operational role, preferably in inland transportation
  • An interest in international trade and logistics
  • Excellent Spanish and fluent English language skills are essential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
