About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain paid media strategies that drive results for clients
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external publisher partners to develop strategic media plans across search, programmatic, and social channels
  • Manage campaign setup, planning, building, optimizing, and monitoring
  • Work with the analytics team to implement conversion tracking and conduct ad and landing page testing
  • Manage bids and campaign budgets using AI and proprietary tools
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients
  • Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to enhance campaign performance
  • Communicate with clients about status, timeline, budget, deliverables, and performance reporting
  • Ensure internal and external parties understand campaign needs, outcomes, and future direction
  • Use Claude and other AI tools to work efficiently and accurately, exercising judgment regarding output quality
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, Yahoo DSP, and others is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency with AI tools and systems, including AI features built into ad platforms and standalone tools such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity
  • Strong analytical skills, with familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of how to create conversion actions and pixels within advertising platforms
  • Demonstrated experience effectively managing large paid media budgets ($1M+ annually)
  • Experience using spreadsheets and bulk editing tools to make large account-wide changes and build a significant number of campaigns at scale
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Digital agency experience working with enterprise-level clients
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta certifications
  • A/B testing experience
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
