About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own sales enablement and partner with sales leadership to identify gaps in seller skills, knowledge, and tools
  • Set enablement priorities with sales leadership
  • Turn product capabilities and customer needs into sales stories, pitch decks, and talk tracks
  • Ensure sellers have the right materials at each deal stage and use them
  • Measure enablement effectiveness and improve programs
  • Gather customer and market insights through research, customer conversations, and sales feedback
  • Help develop and refine messaging and value propositions
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products and enhancements, focusing on sales readiness
  • Turn competitive research into positioning insights and recommendations
  • Stay close to the product roadmap so sellers are prepared before launches
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, partner and events marketing, content marketing, and design
  • Report to the VP of Marketing
  • Write, build, and present marketing and sales enablement materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 6 years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in sales enablement or product marketing
  • Ability to turn customer needs and product capabilities into clear value propositions and sales stories
  • Experience with competitive intelligence and market research
  • Experience supporting go-to-market plans and product launches
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear and simple writing skills
  • Comfortable presenting to sales teams and on webinars
  • Comfort with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, Google Slides or PowerPoint, and AI writing tools
  • Experience in ecommerce, retail tech, logistics, or SaaS sold to enterprise companies is nice to have
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
