About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own HappyRobot's product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and enablement
  • Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging frameworks, competitive differentiators, and customer-facing narratives
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for major features and announcements
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams on launches
  • Define key business and technical personas across target verticals
  • Create messaging and content that influences buying decisions
  • Build and scale product marketing assets for launches, website content, sales materials, newsletters, product communications, and customer education
  • Create scalable sales and customer enablement programs, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, and product briefs
  • Bring customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into go-to-market strategy and decisions
  • Recruit excellent individuals to expand the product marketing team
  • Work closely with founders, Head of Growth & Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer teams to shape HappyRobot's product narrative and positioning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology, enterprise software, AI, or a related environment
  • Proven experience owning product marketing strategy and leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and craft compelling messaging
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and positioning technical products for business and executive audiences
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience partnering with founders, executives, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly autonomous environment
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for research, messaging, and asset creation
  • Experience building or leading a Product Marketing function at a high-growth startup is nice to have
  • Comfort creating visual assets or collaborating closely with design is nice to have
  • Experience with Salesforce is nice to have
