About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through ongoing usage
Design, deploy, and optimize AI workers within customer operations
Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions impacting customer outcomes
Develop full-stack applications and tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and voice and transcriber tuning
Manage APIs and third-party integrations
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams on tailored solutions
Iterate and improve AI solutions based on customer feedback and evolving requirements
Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Help establish the Australian deployment playbook and foundation for future regional hires
Work directly with the Country General Manager to define how HappyRobot operates and scales in Australia
Travel frequently to meet customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Hands-on proficiency in Python
Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning
Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work from a HappyRobot office at least part of each week
Frequent travel to meet with customers
Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is located
