About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Resolve Tier 1 hardware and software incidents for macOS and Windows via the ticketing system
  • Onboard and offboard regional hires, configuring equipment and access from Day 1
  • Manage user lifecycles and permission changes across Google Workspace, Slack, and other corporate tools
  • Enroll and oversee company laptops using MDM solutions such as Kandji or Jamf
  • Maintain compliance with security policies
  • Maintain local WiFi/networking, video conferencing systems including Zoom and Google Meet, and hardware inventory
  • Support office infrastructure at the Spain office
  • Lead internal technical operations and serve as the first point of contact for technology issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Based in Mexico
  • 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with at least one IDP (Okta, Google Auth), one MDM, and one ticketing tool
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows
  • Professional English (B2+)
  • Fluent/native Spanish
  • Comfortable in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on autonomous problem-solving
  • Ability to work from one of the office locations at least part of each week
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is located
