About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own how the product is described, positioned, and adopted in the market
  • Translate complex product capabilities into messaging for different audiences
  • Maintain consistent product narratives across the website, launches, and sales conversations
  • Run product and feature launches end to end
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on launch timing and messaging
  • Enable Sales and field teams with launch narratives, assets, and materials
  • Identify and test channels reaching the target audience
  • Work on activation, onboarding, and conversion messaging
  • Run funnel experiments and expand successful approaches
  • Interview users and customers to understand needs, objections, and mental models
  • Track competitors and the broader market landscape
  • Bring customer and market insights into product and marketing decisions
  • Work directly with the CTO and Head of Product across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or a related role (e.g., product management, consulting)
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-focused company
  • Track record of launching products or features from start to finish
  • Strong writing and copywriting skills
  • Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Sales or GTM teams
  • Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution
  • Strong product and design sense
  • Technical intuition sufficient to engage in product discussions
  • Ability to design tests, read results, and iterate
  • Ability to work with high ownership in a fast-moving small team
