About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, deploy, and monitor AI agents that automate recurring operational workstreams end to end
- Design, build, and ship internal applications for deployment tracking, release and feature-enablement workflows, field feedback intake, and labeling operations management
- Build cross-functional agentic workflows, data pipelines, and integrations
- Partner with Go-To-Market teams on technical enablement and Product-Led Sales motions
- Refine feature pricing structures and communicate the technical reality and value of shipped products
- Work directly with the CTO and Head of Product
- Collaborate with users and experts across Product, Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (or recently graduated) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Strong analytical & technical aptitude – be able to solve problems with technology
- Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment, specifically interfacing between Engineering and Commercial/Field teams
- Ability to balance "big picture" strategic work (pricing, analysis) with "in the weeds" execution (data labeling coordination for RLHF, deployment coordination)
- Understand APIs, data structures, and engineering constraints
- Experience or ability to work across Product, Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations
- Mandatory submission of a 1-minute video describing the time you most successfully hacked into a non-computer system for personal benefit
