About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate client requirements into working back-office configurations, including workflows, approval rules, users, cost categories and client-specific settings
  • Ensure configurations are accurate, documented and ready before go-live
  • Build understanding of shipping companies' workflows, priorities and platform needs
  • Build and maintain realistic, reliable demo environments for Sales
  • Prepare tailored demo data and scenarios for prospects
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activities
  • Draw on engineering resources to automate demo environment setup and maintenance
  • Set up and manage integration environments
  • Coordinate with client IT teams and engineers
  • Run training, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions
  • Track issues through resolution and keep stakeholders informed of status and next steps
  • Act as Product Manager for selected sub-teams
  • Lead work arising from client feedback or special projects
  • Own feature specifications from start to finish, including user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with engineers and QA during delivery
  • Verify shipped features solve the intended problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, implementation, customer onboarding, business analysis, or a similar role in a software/SaaS company (strong graduates with relevant internships are also welcome)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run several client workstreams in parallel without dropping details
  • Confident, clear communication in English, both written and spoken, including running sessions with client teams
  • A technical mindset: comfortable learning complex systems, working with test environments, and understanding how APIs and system integrations work at a conceptual level
  • Structured writing skills, since you'll document configurations, test plans and feature specs
  • An ownership mentality: you follow things through to the finish
  • Experience with UAT/SIT coordination or software testing
  • Exposure to product management practices (user stories, backlog management, Jira/Confluence)
  • Basic familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL or scripting/automation tools
  • Knowledge of the maritime or shipping industry, especially port operations or disbursement accounts
  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Information Systems, Maritime Studies, or related field (preferred/stand-out qualification)
  • Greek language skills
  • Legal right to work in the European Union
