About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the AI Surfaces product area end to end, from annual direction through near-term delivery
- Form a market point of view using customer feedback, competitor activity, and technology trends
- Prioritize investments and define measurable success outcomes
- Engage existing customers and prospects through sales calls and proof-of-value engagements
- Lead conversations with CISOs, CIOs, and their teams
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success without relying on formal authority
- Explore APIs, interrogate data, and test ideas hands-on before committing engineering resources
- Improve product processes, problem framing, documentation, and decision-making standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience owning a substantial product area or connected set of problems and setting its direction
- Strong conviction and willingness to make decisions amid uncertainty
- Ability to adapt direction when evidence changes
- Comfort working in a startup with shifting priorities and incomplete information
- Experience in B2B, particularly selling to and working with large enterprises (nice to have)
- Background in security, data protection, or a related field (nice to have)
- Experience with products enabled via an endpoint agent (nice to have)
- Strong familiarity with AI trends and latest developments (nice to have)
