About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical owner of customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio
Provide hands-on technical guidance and consulting from onboarding and implementation through adoption and value realization
Develop strategic account success plans and align with customer leadership
Maintain expertise in the Harness platform, AppSec modules, AI applications and security, DevOps, SecOps, cloud architectures, networks, and infrastructure
Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption gaps, and optimization opportunities
Deliver actionable recommendations across technology, process, and people dimensions
Provide customer feedback to product management and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering
Conduct business reviews and customer check-ins; address concerns and issues
Identify at-risk accounts through churn and adoption analysis
Contribute to customer success processes, tools, resources, reference architectures, best-practice guides, and enablement content
Participate in Harness Community forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management within the software or technology industry
5+ years of experience with multiple cloud, infrastructure, container, orchestration, CI/CD, DevOps, scripting, and application security solutions preferred
AWS experience is required; GCP and Azure are good to have
Kubernetes ecosystem expertise, including Kubernetes, Helm, releases, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Linux ecosystem experience
Experience with infrastructure provisioning, VPC, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, and EC2
Programming/scripting experience and ability to write custom integrations or tailored customer solutions
Security engineering and architecture, application security, API security, AI security, development, DevOps, SecOps, or web security experience preferred
Ability to learn and work with emerging AI, DevOps, Cloud, and Security technologies
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
