About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build AI-powered prototypes solving real problems across business units
Use AI-assisted development tools to ship software faster

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in a technical, product, or innovation-adjacent role
1-3 years of hands-on experience building using AI tools
Shipped something using Claude, GPT, Cursor, or similar, and able to show the work
Comfortable communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences
Healthcare or enterprise software background is a plus, not a requirement
Ability to work remotely within the U.S.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
