Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical vocational training or degree, along with programming skills
Affinity for IT and a genuine willingness to learn new software solutions
Practical experience working with AI systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team while interacting directly with customers
Knowledge of OMS software
Proficiency in MS Office
German language skills (minimum B2 level)
English language skills
Preferred: Experience working for a municipal utility or energy and utility provider
Preferred: Experience with document generation, OMS systems, or form design
