Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multi-functional project teams toward completing work deliverables for implementation of mission-critical software packages
Review statements of work and create effective project plans to deliver specified solutions
Provide updates and manage client expectations
Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions and customer service
Manage project financials
Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce impact on clients and project timelines
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning
Lead consultants in implementing Utility Billing and Client Information Software (CIS) solutions for new and existing clients
Participate in project planning and scheduling
Report to the Director of Professional Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects
Strong leadership skills
Deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
PMP Certification would make you stand out
Candidates must hold a current, valid passport
Candidates must be legally eligible to travel internationally
Passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean
Comfortable using AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools
Appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards when using AI tools
