Write code and contribute to the development of software applications, modules, or components
Participate in requirements analysis, design, architecture, system integration, testing, and project management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Java, including Core Java (Java 11/17+), JVM internals, memory management, tuning, and concurrency/multithreading
Experience with Spring, particularly Spring Boot
Experience designing, building, and securing robust, scalable REST APIs
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Experience with Elasticsearch and search/indexing technologies
Experience with React, Next.js, and Material UI
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT
Familiarity with AI-directed prompt engineering for application development
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in software development
3+ years as a Software Engineer focused on designing and building complex, scalable systems
Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture
Ability to lead technical discussions, make critical decisions, and drive consensus among team members
Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
