About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and department heads across Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for resource allocation, expense management, and headcount planning
- Help leaders understand the financial implications and trade-offs of business decisions
- Lead long-term financial modeling, trend analysis, and assessments of macroeconomic impacts
- Support monthly business reviews with deep-dive variance analyses focused on root causes and forward-looking insights
- Identify patterns and risks informing near-term actions and longer-term strategy
- Support financial feasibility analysis and diligence for internal strategic initiatives
- Lead revenue forecasting, monthly management reporting, and updates to long-range financial plans
- Develop and maintain scenario models evaluating business risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs
- Prepare executive dashboards, commentary, and presentations
- Translate complex financial results into clear, concise narratives for timely decision-making
- Drive automation and modernization of FP&A processes, including AI-enabled tools and enhanced data workflows
- Continuously improve Power BI or Tableau dashboards for real-time visibility into firm performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Expert-level Excel skills, with demonstrated experience building complex financial and scenario models
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to confidently present financial insights and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Self-directed, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement
- A comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
