About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Diagnose and resolve moderately complex ERP system issues
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system configuration changes
Configure, maintain, and enhance the Epicor Kinetic SaaS ERP environment
Provide technical training and guidance to ERP users
Serve as a technical resource across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and Quality
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and engineering teams to resolve system issues
Analyze business requirements and develop ERP solutions using Epicor-supported customization tools
Analyze recurring problems and recommend process improvements
Maintain ERP documentation and troubleshooting resources
Ensure solutions remain compatible with Epicor SaaS updates
Support the company’s SOAR operating model and business value drivers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline
2–4 years of ERP support experience
Programming or software development experience preferred, particularly APIs, system integrations, and ERP-related development
ERP troubleshooting and incident resolution
Enterprise application configuration
ERP implementation support
User training and technical documentation
System performance monitoring
Cross-functional technical collaboration
Problem analysis and resolution
ERP workflow understanding
Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
