About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join a supportive, collaborative Technology Engineering team within the CIO function
Design, implement and maintain effective test scenarios
Help ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines within the Scrum team
Participate in daily stand-ups, sharing progress and blockers
Participate in sprint planning, estimating and committing to work
Participate in sprint retrospectives and help improve team practices and KPIs
Follow engineering practices including definition of ready and definition of done
Engage with requirements, ask questions and constructively challenge unclear points
Learn, grow and contribute fresh perspectives within a supportive environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Junior-level role suitable for early-career candidates, recent graduates, bootcamp completers, or people moving into tech
Willingness to learn, grow and contribute
Familiarity with at least one coding language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Python
Understanding of source control and collaboration in GitHub
Basic SQL skills, including creating, searching or manipulating data
Basic understanding of Generative AI and interest in using AI tools responsibly
Curiosity about user interface automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress (not required)
Curiosity about APIs and tools such as Postman (not required)
Curiosity about continuous integration platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins (not required)
Unable to progress candidates who require sponsorship
Successful candidates must complete a thorough referencing process including credit and criminal record checks
