Develop and evolve sophisticated, segmented pricing across insurance products
Explore extensive data to identify opportunities to improve risk assessment and customer pricing
Draw insights from data and find value to support business change
Explore new ways to use and improve data
Collaborate with Pricing Data & Analytics teams to bring new data sources to life
Provide actionable insight and translate numerical and statistical findings for different audiences
Mentor and develop Graduate and Junior Analysts
Complete a screening call, technical case study and panel interview as part of the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience using Python, SQL or R
Experience seeing projects through from start to finish in a fast-moving, data-focused environment
Comfortable tackling numerical and statistical problems
Comfortable and confident with numerical and statistical information
Ability to explain analytical findings with a range of detail
Experience with an analytical programming environment or equivalent language/toolkit
