About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and evolve sophisticated, segmented pricing across insurance products
- Explore a vast data landscape and turn analysis into business impact
- Draw insights and explore new ways to use data
- Find value and identify opportunities to improve risk assessment and customer pricing
- Collaborate with Pricing Data & Analytics teams to bring new data sources to life
- Mentor and develop Graduate & Junior Analysts
- Complete a screening call, technical case study, and panel interview as part of the recruitment process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience using Python, SQL or R
- Experience seeing projects through from start to finish in a fast-moving, data-focused environment
- Comfortable tackling numerical and statistical problems
- Comfortable and confident with numerical and statistical information
- Ability to explain analytical findings with a range of detail
- Enjoy mentoring and developing Graduate & Junior Analysts
- Must be able to work without visa sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the foreseeable future
- Must undergo credit and criminal record checks as part of the referencing process
