About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex pricing investigations and analytical projects within the YouDrive pricing team
- Use diverse datasets to assess pricing and functional performance
- Conduct root-cause analysis to support business decisions
- Investigate and resolve complex pricing issues, incidents and complaints
- Build and enhance tooling for pricing analysis, validation and decision-making
- Collaborate with developers to embed new tools into the pricing team
- Communicate complex findings to technical and business stakeholders
- Coordinate pricing-change implementation and post-live validation
- Support analysts in adopting new tools
- Strengthen analytical capability across the wider YouDrive analytics team
- Participate in interviews including competency-based interviews and a task-based presentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience in data investigations and root-cause analysis
- Proven end-to-end delivery of projects and investigations
- Experience supporting and developing junior analysts
- Experience of UK insurance, motor or general advantageous
- No sponsorship available now or in the future
- Successful applicants subject to credit and criminal record checks
