About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and run Hawk’s in-person and digital marketing events program
  • Own the events calendar end-to-end, including event selection, planning, briefing, logistics, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up and nurture
  • Build and maintain a longlist of third-party conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities across target markets
  • Plan and run roundtables and executive dinners for prospects, customers, and Hawk executives
  • Lead planning and delivery of customer summits, including content, speakers, venue, and attendee experience
  • Manage pre-event goals, venue sourcing, budgeting, contracts, staffing, booth/stand design, meeting booking, promotion, collateral, and shipping
  • Oversee on-site experiences for staff and customers
  • Manage post-event follow-up, lead-management SLAs, nurture programs, and lead handoff
  • Communicate with event stakeholders and partner with Sales and Marketing Operations on target lists, scheduling, reporting, and lead management
  • Travel to US and larger EMEA and APAC events and hand off smaller regional events
  • Build and run Hawk’s webinar program, including topic planning, speaker recruitment, registration, promotion, run-of-show, and follow-up
  • Develop webinar themes with Product Marketing and Content
  • Collaborate with partner organizations on co-hosted webinars
  • Manage webinar platforms, registration pages, reminder/follow-up sequences, and HubSpot integration
  • Track registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline contribution
  • Pilot new digital formats such as panels, fireside chats, and virtual roundtables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years managing B2B marketing events, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or a related enterprise software category
  • Track record running both in-person events and digital events end-to-end
  • Strong project management skills, including juggling multiple events simultaneously on budget and on deadline
  • Experience with event and webinar tooling and marketing automation/CRM platforms, including HubSpot
  • Vendor and budget management experience, including contract negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Judgment to represent Hawk in front of customers and prospects
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, global team spanning the US and Europe
  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in a hybrid setup, based on the application form requirement
