Key responsibilities & impact

Translate member needs and business objectives into simple, intuitive digital experiences
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Collaborate with product, technology, content, brand and business teams
Conduct and facilitate user research and usability testing
Contribute to and work within the evolving design system
Champion accessibility and ensure designs meet WCAG standards
Use analytics and research to inform design decisions and measure impact
Advocate for human-centred design across the squad and wider teams
Design and improve member journeys for understanding cover, managing claims and finding a provider

What you’ll need

Experience designing digital products across web and mobile
Strong Figma and prototyping skills
Experience conducting user research and testing
Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly within cross-functional delivery teams
Action-oriented mindset
Understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards
Experience with AEM, design systems, Agile delivery, or healthcare/insurance is desirable but not essential
