About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead reporting and insights that help Executive leaders and Board Committees understand HCF’s risk profile
  • Bring together risk information, identify emerging trends and themes, and turn complex risk data into clear insights
  • Support effective oversight and decision-making across HCF
  • Work closely with Risk, Legal & Compliance and broader business teams
  • Ensure risk reporting is accurate, insightful and aligned with HCF’s risk appetite, governance expectations and enterprise priorities
  • Improve reporting and analytics to strengthen the quality, consistency and usefulness of information for senior stakeholders and governance forums
  • Shape Executive and Board conversations about emerging themes, risk trends and areas requiring attention
  • Lead and coach a small team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in risk reporting, risk analytics, enterprise risk management, governance or compliance within a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing Executive, Board and committee reporting
  • Strong analytical capability, including identifying trends, correlations and emerging themes and translating data into meaningful insights
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management, risk appetite, key risk indicators and governance reporting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence senior leaders
  • Excellent written communication skills, including preparing clear and insightful reporting for senior audiences
  • Experience leading and coaching a small team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Governance, Information Systems or a related field
