  • Build relationships with property managers and owners in Seattle’s multifamily communities
  • Exceed sales and profit targets in a designated territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Experience using sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field, OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle consistently more than 50% of the average work week
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
