About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver product training
  • Support creation, testing and review of new and existing courseware
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to identify specific training needs and develop solutions
  • Design instructional content and curricula for customer care product knowledge and product selling
  • Create, coordinate and deliver product training to point of sale agents, including instructor-led training, videos and eLearning at all sites
  • Collaborate with merchandising on current and upcoming seasonal and promotional products to develop and maintain training programs
  • Collaborate with merchandising and marketing on catalogs to develop new product, service and vendor training programs
  • Maintain training materials by incorporating current policy and procedure changes
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate on-site training and use of vendor training libraries
  • Partner with product support to develop FAQs and identify training opportunities
  • Provide general guidance or training to junior-level support or professional personnel
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Ability to perform data analysis techniques and resolve missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in complex research/data
  • Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time
