About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement solutions for clients according to company guidelines and client expectations.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery.
Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are successfully running on the HdL solution.
Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, IT, and Development.
Consult with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Develop customized solutions when needed.
Define detailed project implementation plans and report key implementation progress metrics.
Serve as the contact for daily client interaction and implementation activities.
Coach and prepare clients for successful HdL solution rollouts.
Prioritize and escalate issues and keep clients informed of progress.
Work with third-party vendors on issues involving multiple systems.
Assist with data conversions.
Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
Partner with clients to understand their businesses and needs.
Exchange routine information with client project team members regarding priorities, timelines, and issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service environment or systems integration environment.
Candidate must be within commuting distance of our Brea, CA office for occasional in-office training and activities.
