Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prioritize physician groups and practices, community health centers, rural health clinics, and FQHCs that fit HRS Remote Patient Monitoring solutions
  • Engage healthcare decision makers and influencers through cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Explain the value of HRS solutions to clinical and operational audiences in ambulatory settings
  • Track funding and policy developments affecting ambulatory and community health organizations
  • Incorporate market insights into prospecting strategy with Sales Executives
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Executives
  • Meet monthly activity and pipeline quotas
  • Develop customized prospecting strategies by segment with Sales Executives
  • Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo, Nooks, and Claude to research accounts, build contact lists, conduct outreach, and track leads
  • Maintain consistent high-volume outbound calling and emailing while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Follow up with conference and webinar leads to create pipeline opportunities
  • Attend ambulatory, primary care, and community health conferences to identify opportunities and represent HRS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years in business development, account development, or a related role
  • Healthcare technology or SaaS experience ideally
  • Familiarity with ambulatory care, physician practices, or community health settings is a plus
  • Experience selling to Federally Qualified Health Centers or other safety-net organizations is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience with SalesLoft, Apollo, and Nooks
  • Interest in using AI tools such as Claude for account research, personalized outreach, and organizing insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt messaging for clinical and executive audiences
  • Competitive and self-motivated, with a passion for healthcare innovation
  • Ability to navigate evolving market trends and changing priorities
  • Team-oriented and able to align efforts with Sales Executives and cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to developing a deep understanding of HRS solutions and value proposition
