About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze medium-to-highly complex workflows and identify opportunities to apply agentic AI
Design and help implement agentic interventions to free employees for higher-value work
Rapidly prototype and demonstrate agentic solutions
Refine prototypes based on business feedback for production development
Provide cost estimates to support business cases and decisions
Help build and deploy production-grade AI agents with guardrails, evaluations, and observability
Integrate AI agents with enterprise resources through MCP
Integrate enterprise applications, including legacy systems, with agents through APIs
Partner with Legal & Business Affairs and Cyber Security on AI guardrails and governance
Define and track productivity and ROI, including hours reclaimed, cost savings, and efficiency increases
Maintain composability in toolsets for future agility
Monitor AI developments relevant to the media industry and update leadership
Provide leadership with actionable “Buy, Build, Ignore” frameworks
Translate leadership vision into a tactical technical roadmap
Prioritize high-ROI workstreams
Manage scope and stakeholder expectations from proof of concept to production-ready
Audit emerging AI tools for media industry workflows
Create budgets in high-ambiguity environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated practical experience
8+ years of total experience in a technical function, such as Solutions Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technical Operations
Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade solutions and advanced workflow integration
Demonstrated experience in systems integration and workflow automation
Expertise architecting logic across complex SaaS ecosystems
2+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready agents with LLMs
Proficiency in advanced prompting techniques, multi-agent orchestration, RAG frameworks, and unstructured content curation, enrichment, and retrieval
3+ years of experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
Ability to translate high-level business strategy into tactical execution plans
Ability to act as a “Vibe Coder” using AI-augmented development tools such as Cursor, Replit, and Claude
Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures at scale and/or fine-tuning large language models
Certifications in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms are an added advantage
Background in statistical modeling or mathematics is a plus
