About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all negotiated deals in the system, communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts
  • Work with Commercial Operations to ensure allocations and traffic material are delivered in a timely manner
  • Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity
  • Help deliver key revenue drivers through targeted flighting and calculate key metrics for client objectives
  • Collect added-value material from agencies to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients and advertising agencies
  • Support smooth execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
  • Highly organized team player
  • Strong communication, problem solving and follow-through
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented
