About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and Sales leadership
  • Manage the CRO’s dynamic executive calendar, including prioritization, strategic scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CRO’s time
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership cadences, cross-functional initiatives, and sales forums
  • Plan and execute key sales meetings and communications, including monthly calls, agendas, content development, and post-meeting distribution
  • Coordinate complex domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Align travel logistics across designated team members
  • Oversee CRO expense management, including submission, review, and approval
  • Lead end-to-end planning for executive and sales-level events, including QBRs and Sales Kick Offs
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, catering, communications, and materials
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance business processes and operational efficiency
  • Support executive communications and professional social media activity in partnership with Marketing
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks, including invoice processing, vacation approvals, performance review coordination, and executive meeting logistics
  • Serve as backup for other administrative functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 6+ years of administrative experience
  • At least 3+ years of supporting Executive Leadership
  • Strong judgment in determining when to act autonomously versus when to escalate
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
