About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior technical contributor in Microsoft AI and Microsoft 365 projects
Focus on backend development, custom development, databases, Power Platform, and SharePoint
Maintain an annual charge-hour expectation of 1,450 hours across billable and presales work
Provide 2–4 hours per week of support for project and escalated incident-management tickets
Lead presales activities, including client meetings, solution design, proposal writing, and project estimating
Engage clients to understand business needs and propose Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions
Research, evaluate, and integrate technologies related to SharePoint, M365 Copilot, and Microsoft productivity applications
Lead cross-functional teams through complex business problems to successful technology-solution delivery
Mentor junior Modern Work and AI teammates on M365 best practices
Work with business leaders outside IT to develop solutions
Communicate with executive and technical leadership
Design, code, configure, and unit-test software
Lead development activities using appropriate emerging technologies
Estimate development effort for small and large projects
Deliver Microsoft-based solutions that simplify business processes
Build lasting customer relationships through service, solution quality, support, and communication
Follow team quality processes in project and support activities
Take on related workstreams and provide expertise as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ Business Consulting experience
10+ years’ experience analyzing and building existing collaboration systems
10+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects
Experience partnering with Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams to identify and dimension key project components
10+ years’ experience working in SharePoint on-premises environments, including SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019
Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace
