About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute as a senior technical member of the Modern Work / Data & AI practice
Serve as a key technical contributor on Microsoft AI and Microsoft 365 projects
Perform backend development using custom development, databases, Power Platform, and SharePoint
Provide 2–4 hours per week of project and escalated incident-management support
Meet a 1,450-hour annual charge expectation across billable and presales efforts
Lead presales activities, including prospective-client meetings, solution design, proposal writing, and project estimating
Understand client needs and propose Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions
Research, evaluate, and integrate new Microsoft application technologies, including SharePoint and M365 Copilot
Lead cross-functional teams through complex business problems and successful technology-solution delivery
Mentor junior Modern Work and AI teammates and provide M365 best-practice education
Work with business leaders outside IT to develop solutions
Communicate with executive and technical leadership
Design, code, configure, and unit-test software
Lead development activities using modern technologies aligned with customer time, budget, and technical needs
Estimate development effort for small and large projects
Deliver Microsoft-based solutions that simplify business processes
Build lasting customer relationships through service, solution quality, support, and communication
Follow team quality processes in projects and support activities
Support other workstreams and stay current with Microsoft features and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years’ Business Consulting experience
10+ years’ experience analyzing and building existing collaboration systems
10+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects
Experience partnering with Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams to identify and dimension key components
10+ years’ experience working in SharePoint on-premises environments, including SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019
Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace
Strong prioritization skills
