About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and support systems-related services and solutions for consulting clients
Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements for optimal solutions
Provide consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base
Lead and contribute across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely execution of project scope
Research new products for selection and enhance configuration standards and best practices
Educate team members on products and services to enhance the sales process
Provide senior-level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks
Review customer networks for potential concerns and enhancement opportunities
Model a positive team atmosphere across regional and virtual practices
Create and maintain detailed project documentation for estimating and scoping related projects
Stay current on new products and solutions using professional resource networks
Meet the annual billable hour goal defined by HBS

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a technical related field
Experience designing and architecting Microsoft Azure solutions, including Azure AD, Intune, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery
Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or equivalent work experience
At least one or more of CCNP, MCA, CCA-V, or VCP certifications
Experience designing and architecting systems-based solutions
Experience installing and supporting Microsoft enterprise products

Ability to obtain and maintain current vendor/industry-specific certifications
