About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and support systems-related services and solutions for consulting clients
Build customer-focused relationships with clients to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements for optimal solutions
Provide consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base
Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely execution of work
Research new products, enhance configuration standards and best practices, and educate team members to enhance the sales process
Provide senior-level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks
Review customer networks for concerns or enhancement opportunities
Maintain a positive team atmosphere across regional and virtual practices
Create and maintain detailed documentation of past projects for estimating and scoping related projects
Stay current on new products and solutions using professional resource networks
Meet the annual billable-hour goal

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a technical related field
Experience designing and architecting Microsoft Azure solutions, including Azure AD, Intune, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery
Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or equivalent work experience
At least one or more CCNP, MCA, CCA-V, or VCP
Experience designing and architecting systems-based solutions
Experience installing and supporting Microsoft enterprise products

Obtain and maintain current vendor/industry-specific certifications
Must meet annual billable hour goal as defined by HBS
