About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement, and support network services and solutions for consulting clients
- Mentor and share skills with others
- Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements for optimal solutions
- Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures
- Execute large projects with Project Managers and Practice Leads on time and on budget
- Lead engineers on projects involving multiple technologies
- Provide daily project updates on timelines, hours, resources, and concerns
- Coordinate collaboration between different business units
- Lead team and customer meetings
- Contribute to product selection, research, configuration standards, and best practices
- Educate sales teams on products and services
- Work across regional and virtual practices
- Continue developing project experience, leadership, certifications, and technical expertise
- Meet annual billable hour goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in a technical related field
- Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience
- At least two or more Professional level certifications: CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA
- Experience designing and architecting network based solutions
- Installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network switching and routing products
- Experience with IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS
- Experience/Best Practices with routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2 / L3 Architecture and Design
- Knowledge of Multicast and QoS
- Outcome-focused mindset

- Maintain current vendor/industry specific certifications
- Ability to meet annual billable hour goal
