About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Grow Hedepy’s market share and awareness in Poland’s mental health space
Report directly to the Local CMO for PL/GR/LT/SI and run the Polish market with her
Oversee influencer and social media activities and production
Manage offline events, including PR stunts and brand activations
Localise acquisition marketing for Poland, including ad assets, landing-page copy, mailings, SEO and ad headlines
Read dashboards, analyse campaign performance, run cross-channel tests, and develop strategic insights
Focus on user acquisition, share of search, CPA and brand growth
Shape a strategy suited to the Polish market based on category and competitor performance
Own content localisation, influencer collaborations, local partnerships and awareness activities after the trial period

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years in a similar role
Hands-on experience running and optimising social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube; examples required
End-to-end experience coordinating influencer collaborations, including research, creator selection, negotiating terms and contracts, execution, and wrap-up with learnings
Strong Polish writing skills for translating and adapting content for a Polish audience
Genuine interest in mental health through education or personal experience
Empathetic personality
Strategic, curious and insightful mindset
Willingness to dig deep into data and test new solutions
Experience with influencer collaborations for SaaS products or apps (nice to have)
Experience with UX optimisation on websites (nice to have); examples requested
