About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Align requirements between business areas and the IT department for projects and enhancements to current systems
Understand business problems and opportunities and recommend solutions that add value to internal users and customers
Design requirements, define and prioritize projects, conduct and manage projects, and test, propose, and validate IT-developed solutions
Assess business-flow bottlenecks and propose process or system improvements
Ensure projects and solutions are initiated according to priority
Map and document requirements, including workflows, use cases, scope matrices, and UAT plans
Identify project synergies and interdependencies
Share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members
Manage customer relationships and expectations through project-result communications
Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Lead or participate in multiple projects, maintaining documentation, managing scope, schedules, priorities, tasks, and milestones
Create and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, specifications, estimates, milestone tracking, lifecycle tracking, issue and bug reporting, coordination, and conflict resolution
Serve as a bridge between Business areas and IT to gather requirements, translate them into IT/System language, follow development, and execute testing/QA

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSc or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Processing, Administration, Economics, or related areas
System Analysis
Advanced Excel and Power Point
Previous experience in Financial Area
Experience in managing system projects
Agile Project Methodology
English (Essential)
Financial Instruments and Derivatives (Basic) (Preferred)
Knowledge in the risk management (Preferred)
VBA (Preferred)
Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) (Preferred)
Jira/Confluence (Preferred)
