About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and invoice licenses and maintenance contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training, such as industrial clerk or office administrator
  • Very good Microsoft Excel skills, including confident use of tables, analyses, and commercial data
  • Ideally, initial experience in customer service or a commercial role
  • Clear, friendly, and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility
  • Very good German (C1) and English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
