About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively acquire new customers in industrial sectors (mechanical engineering, special-purpose vehicle manufacturing, etc.)
Manage and expand existing customer relationships
Handle the technical clarification and costing of quotations in close coordination with production planning and manufacturing
Support projects from initial inquiry through to series production orders
Build and further develop sales structures together with management
Actively develop business and turn opportunities into orders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in metalworking, machining, or an industrial environment
Technical understanding, including the ability to read technical drawings and assess manufacturing processes
Strong understanding of customers, markets, and business relationships
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive initiatives through to completion
Career changers with a strong, established network are also welcome
Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
