About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSE management systems.
  • Support the integration of a newly acquired business.
  • Ensure safety systems remain effective, compliant, and user-friendly.
  • Deliver reporting and insights that support safer workplaces across the business.
  • Work with operational leaders, safety professionals, and external service providers.
  • Maintain and improve WHS management systems for reliability, usability, and compliance.
  • Manage system access, user permissions, data integrity, and security across safety platforms.
  • Produce compliance reports, audit documentation, safety dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Support incident reporting, ISO management systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain safety documentation, policies, procedures, and document control processes.
  • Provide system support and guidance to users across the business.
  • Enhance safety systems and reporting capability with operational leaders and external providers.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve safety performance and strengthen safety culture.
  • Occasionally travel interstate to support safety projects across the Group.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a WHS, compliance, systems coordination, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of WHS legislation, management systems, and audit processes.
  • Experience supporting accredited management systems is highly regarded.
  • Full Australian working rights and willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Strong systems administration, reporting, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong digital literacy.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI and/or DoneSafe is highly desirable and will be strongly regarded.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written communication and document management skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
