About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and close a defined book of mid-market opportunities across the US healthcare market
- Run full-cycle sales processes from discovery to close, including multi-stakeholder and executive-level deals
- Partner with BDRs to convert high-quality leads into vertical-building opportunities and closed revenue
- Conduct deep discovery into clinical workflows, operational constraints, incentives, and pain points
- Deconstruct clinical and operational processes to articulate Heidi’s leverage and ROI
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations
- Build and manage a pipeline using outbound, inbound, and product-led signals
- Navigate procurement, legal, and security conversations
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to drive deal momentum and successful handoffs
- Refine messaging, positioning, and deal strategy to outperform incumbents and the market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven closer who takes full ownership of outcomes and consistently hits or exceeds targets
- Intellectually sharp, coachable, and relentlessly driven to improve their craft
- Comfortable selling into ambiguity and earning wins the hard way
- Motivated by ownership, leverage, and long-term upside
- Clear, credible communicator who can earn trust with clinicians, operators, and executives
- Experience selling software is preferred
- Healthcare or SaaS experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work from the New York office four days per week, with a preference for up to five days during ramp-up/training
- Work authorization status as a citizen, visa holder, or permanent resident
- Sponsorship requirement must be disclosed
