About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s intelligence products
- Build intelligent experiences that help clinicians and health systems understand clinical data
- Own reporting, analytics, and insight surfaces
- Scope and ship AI-native features that turn clinical data into proactive insights and decision tools
- Align customer understanding with business goals to drive retention and expansion
- Prioritise intelligence capabilities, data quality, and supporting infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to keep intelligence products ahead of underlying model capabilities
- Work with engineering on technical architecture trade-offs
- Identify patterns across teams and consolidate duplicated solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or related
- 4+ years in product, infrastructure, or technical roles
- Technical ability to work effectively with engineers and present infrastructure trade-offs to leadership
- Curiosity about software operating in production at scale
- Experience in data products or platforms, including metrics layers, data APIs, or semantic modelling, is advantageous
- Experience building with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with demonstrable work
- Fluency with LLM concepts and systems, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation
- Ability to translate LLM concepts into reliable user-facing products
- Data fluency to interpret usage data and distinguish product, data quality, and customer-specific issues
- Ability to execute independently without extensive support from analysts, marketers, or research coordinators
