About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for growth mechanics, including viral loops, first-time experience, and monetisation
  • Identify, evangelise, validate, and improve growth mechanics
  • Analyse user behaviour to identify friction points and opportunities in the user journey
  • Ship product improvements with engineering and design across surfaces
  • Focus on software details, microinteractions, and product polish
  • Maintain issue-tracking hygiene, design system consistency, and team shipping practices
  • Collaborate with Marketing across distribution channels
  • Build dashboards and reports explaining performance
  • Conduct customer calls to understand clinician discovery and referrals
  • Run signup-flow experiments and measure week-one retention
  • Track sharing behaviour across user segments
  • Analyse specialty-level retention for Growth leadership
  • Submit code fixes for event-tracking gaps or simple UI changes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years shipping product
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, experimentation, and metric-based decision-making
  • Intellectual curiosity about user behaviour and ethical product influence
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Consumer product craft in B2B contexts without compromising polish
  • Experience building with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with demonstrable work
  • Ability to build rather than request
  • Data fluency with Amplitude dashboards and distinguishing product problems, tracking bugs, and segment effects
  • Execution powerhouse
  • Ability to execute without extensive support from data analysts, product marketers, and research coordinators
