About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical setup of new enterprise accounts end to end
- Configure tenants, workspaces, user provisioning, seat structures and environment readiness
- Configure SSO, MFA and conditional access with customer IT teams
- Drive network and device readiness, including whitelisting, VDI, shared devices and mobile device management
- Deliver integrations from validated design and signed SOW through testing, UAT and technical go-live
- Translate implementation designs into prioritised requirements for FDEs
- Own account-side delivery and surface integration gaps to the Technical Program Manager
- Maintain the integrated technical plan, delivery dates, dependencies and recovery options
- Iterate and optimise integrations after go-live
- Set up agentic workflows, agents and custom builds for clinical and operational workflows
- Configure products, identity, integrations, agents, APIs, exports and data flows
- Handle technical template and coding setup affecting system behaviour
- Diagnose and resolve implementation-phase and account-specific configuration issues
- Route confirmed product defects to Support Engineering with a complete diagnosis
- Translate customer technical problems into priorities for the Technical Program Manager and Support Engineering
- Provide technical evidence for DPIAs, security questionnaires and IT-assurance requests
- Plan technical work around NHS governance gates and approval windows
- Review handover materials and reject handovers with blocking risks, unclear scope or unsupported commitments
- Control scope and classify emerging requests as configuration, defect, engineering, roadmap or commercial change
- Handover completed implementations into hypercare or BAU support after acceptance criteria and customer sign-off
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on technical delivery experience supporting complex enterprise deployments
- Experience configuring SSO using SAML and/or OIDC
- Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra and NHS identity infrastructure
- Knowledge of MFA and conditional-access alignment
- Experience with user provisioning, tenant and workspace configuration
- Experience with network whitelisting, VDI, shared-device constraints and mobile device management
- Experience delivering integrations through technical testing, customer UAT and go-live
- Ability to translate SOWs and technical designs into precise implementation requirements
- Ability to identify dependencies, provide estimates and manage technical delivery dates
- Experience configuring agentic workflows, agents, APIs, exports and data flows
- Ability to diagnose configuration issues and distinguish them from product defects
- Experience providing technical input for DPIAs, security questionnaires and IT-assurance requests
- Ability to work within NHS governance gates, clinical safety sign-off, IG approval and change-control windows
- Ability to review SOWs, discovery notes, technical decision records, architecture, acceptance criteria, success measures and risk logs
- Ability to classify scope changes and escalate material changes through appropriate stakeholders
- Ability to work credibly with CIOs, customer IT and security teams
- Must be authorised to work lawfully in the advertised location
