About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the stability, integrity, security, and efficient operation of server, storage, and cloud environments
Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure
Review daily monitoring logs and reports
Plan and execute repairs for environment alerts
Test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues
Document system performance statistics and reports
Meet company-defined SLA requirements
Manage hardware and virtual environments
Manage hardware inventory
Maintain overall system health
Manage Windows-based servers in VMware, vCenter, and Hyper-V environments
Manage enterprise storage arrays
Establish, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems
Provide IT infrastructure support case management
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors for system-related products and services
Collaborate with network staff to ensure reliable operation of software and systems
Maintain Azure Active Directory
Manage the Office 365 hybrid environment
Manage SaaS solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree or at least 4 years work experience with Microsoft based server technology
Proven technical experience with Active Directory
Proven technical experience with Microsoft Exchange
Proven technical experience with Office 365
Proven technical experience with Microsoft Azure
Proven technical experience with Windows server operating systems
Proven technical experience with Group Policy
Proven technical experience with PowerShell
Ability to travel to other offices as needed, including data centers and regional locations
Reliable transportation to support travel
Valid driver’s license where applicable, in accordance with regional requirements
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent multitasking skills, time management, and efficiency
