About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support student recruitment and program growth in Middle East markets
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media, and events
- Define and execute the digital marketing plan to drive traffic, engagement, and lead conversions for the Bachelor program
- Monitor and optimize the marketing funnel from lead generation through enrollment
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with student recruitment officers to identify their needs and manage offline and online sales assets
- Manage weekly reviews with marketing agencies and provide monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
- Develop strategies tailored to younger audiences and influencers, including parents, counselors, and schools
- Support branding and storytelling initiatives showcasing excellence and leadership in hospitality education
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in a business-related field
- Master is a plus
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Deep understanding of the Middle East international education market, especially UAE and KSA
- Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, target audiences and their needs
- Previous experience in digital advertising (Paid Social Media & SEM) within a Western organization operating in UAE is preferred
- Able to plan, execute, and measure lead-generation and brand awareness campaigns on key digital platforms
- Expertise in digital platforms such as WeCom & iParally
- Self-organised, capable of managing a schedule, delivering on time
- Excellent teamworking skills and customer-centric mindset
- Fluent in English
- Must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship
